Rest assured, we have developed standard operating procedures that comply with instructions given by WHO in conjunction with the government of Tanzania. We have free hand sanitizer and masks that we advise all customers to wear, especially when visiting any local market in Arusha, which tends to be crowded. We have emergency evacuation (air ambulance) available in case any type of emergency should occur. Although these types of instances are rare, we guarantee that we are prepared to make sure that you have the safest trip possible.
PLAN YOUR TANZANIAN SAFARI WITH NO WORRIES
We offer flexible booking (reserve now/pay later options). We simply require a 20% deposit to reserve your spot and the remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival in Tanzania. If you need to postpone your trip, no worries, just tell us when you would like to reschedule and we will work on accommodating your new travel dates at no additional cost. And, should you need to cancel your trip and have already paid your balance in full, no problem! We will fully refund your prepaid balance if you cancel prior to 30 days before departure. Otherwise, fees will be assessed according to the below terms:
3 weeks prior to the trip – 10% fees charges apply
2 weeks prior to the trip – 20% fees charges apply
1 week prior to the trip – 30% fees charges apply
