Flexible Booking Terms

• Reserve Now, Pay Later:
  Secure your spot with just a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival in Tanzania.
• Free Rescheduling:
  Need to postpone your trip? No worries—just let us know your new travel dates. We’ll reschedule your adventure at no additional cost.
• Full Refund Policy:
  If you’ve paid in full and cancel more than 30 days before departure, you’ll receive a 100% refund of your prepaid balance.

Cancellation Policy (When Cancelling Within 30 Days):

• 21 to 15 days prior to departure: 30% cancellation fee
• 14 to 8 days prior to departure: 70% cancellation fee
• 7 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee
