Booking Terms and Conditions

After confirm and agree upon Safari package and price as communicating with our Safari experts, to consider your booking and being included on our safari client’s schedule, we are requesting for 30% of the total price of Safari. After deposit to our bank A/C, we are requesting for a scanned receipt that shall be sent to our company email address for office uses and proof.

Cancelation Terms

When want to cancel your safari due to different unavoidable reasons facing you, the following terms of refund shall be applicable.
• 3 Months before safari departure, only 60% shall be refunded.
• 2 Months before Safari departure, only 40% shall be refunded.
• 1 Months before Safari departure, only 30% shall be refunded.
• 3 Weeks before Safari departure, only 20% shall be refunded.
• 2 Weeks before Safari departure, only 10% shall be refunded.
• 1 week before Safari departure, only 10% shall be refunded.
• Below 1 week there is no refund.


• All payments done by our loyal clients shall be deposited on our Company Bank A/C which is… in terms us USD currency.
• Payment done by our traveler’s who are already in Tanzania shall be done in traveler’s cheques, cash or Credit card (with surcharge of 5 percent)


We know the world is not static, what you have planned and confirm today, can either be amended either in additional or reduction. On our professionalism in this business, we had served a lot of clients. Great challenge facing a lot of Tour operator is failing to consider the needs and demands of clients sometimes changed. Some would like to add more days of their confirmed safari package, others would like to squeeze the days ahead or backward or other would like to change park visited or accommodation.
Through Wildroot Safaris any amendment done by client for confirmed itinerary (change of dates, hotel) shall be charged by a reasonable amount of 10% of the tour price. But all shall be done not less than 3 weeks of Safari departure.

Force Majeure:

This combines all a circumstances that are beyond the control of the company such as explosions, floods, tempests, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbances, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, border closures, unexpected government acts, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, nuclear disaster, extreme weather conditions, fire, technical and/or mechanical problems to transport, or other outwards occurrences.

We would like to inform our lovely clients that, the company cannot be responsible or pay any compensation to clients when the performance of among mentioned above circumstances affect clients by any events that are beyond the Company ability.

Travel documents & Insurance:

It is our company policy that every client should hold a current and valid passport together with helth certificates that is not less than six months from the date of Safari departure. Furthermore round-trip airline tickets and adequate funds for the duration of the stay shall be considered. About how to obtaining a passport and health certificate with the required inoculations if clients have no idea, please do not hesitate to consult us through our email or phone, we will give a detailed information and procedures to attain it.

Furthermore all clients must possess an adequate insurance depends on the duration of the tour. Your insurance should absolutely cover personal injury, medical expenses and death, cancellation or curtailment of the tour and loss of, damage to, or theft of the clients’ personal property. Also on activities that characterized with a great risk such as mountaineering, animal tracking on foot, white-water rafting should be considered. The company will not liable in any circumstances if the client will not properly insured. But personal injury or theft or any disturbance to arrangements should be reported immediately to the company and if need an immediate solution you may consider consulting police station.


For any Safari complaints we are requested for an immediately report to our guide or direct call or an email to our company manager or Safari experts who will do their best to resolve any problem. But if the problem will not be resolved satisfactorily, we are requesting for a written report which will be submitted to Company Tour manager in Arusha. Complaints which are not specifically reported while on Safari or reported after two weeks of the completion of Safari cannot be considered. So we need your full attention to on these terms and conditions.

Safari terms:

The is an official safari services agreed between the client and the company, and it will be provided in all aspects except, in the part of force majeure circumstances, such as road closures, bad weather, problems with national parks or hotels where security considerations is available. Furthermore the itinerary may be customized, at the discretion of our safari experts who will inform clients on the alternative arrangements. Prices will include airport transfers; accommodation, meals, and the services of an English-speaking driver guide and a safari vehicle, for trekking porternage of two items of baggage per person will be available and park fees. While prices will exclude all items of a personal nature such as entry visas, tips, telephone calls, laundry, gifts, airport taxes and all drinks.
